We offer free shipping on all orders

Shipping Carriers
We currently ship via UPS and USPS using either standard or expedited shipping. Additional charges apply for expedited shipping.

Tracking Orders
Once your order is complete, we will ship it within 24 hours except for the weekend. When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number, and you can track your shipment progress.

Shipping Accuracy
Please check your addresses carefully! Our delivery guarantee extends only to correctly addressed orders. We cannot guarantee the condition of the package if the delivery service must reroute. We guarantee delivery only to the provided address confirmed on the order acknowledgment.

Ship Internationally
Currently, we only offer to ship within the United States. Due to branded ginseng product customization restrictions, we cannot guarantee the delivery of packages outside the United States.
