Who We Are
Our family has been growing ginseng in central Wisconsin, U.S.A., since 1978. We have mor than 500 acres of ginseng under cultivation at any given time. As the largest producer of authentic, Wisconsin-grown American ginseng, we have the soils, climate, growing experience and technology to produce the finest ginseng for your consumption.
What We Do
Ginseng is a very difficult crop to grow and takes at least five years from seed to finish to produce a root for the market. Great care and hard work go into every root we produce. Since ginseng is a specialty crop, along the way we’ve had to innovate and create our own special equipment and facilities to ensure we’re providing you with only the finest ginseng products available. All three generations of Baumann family members are honored to share the results of our labor with our valued consumers.
